Urban acoustic roofing features a composite sound-dampening core: 5mm recycled rubber layer (70% tire-derived) + 0.4mm steel, reducing rain noise to 28 dB (GB/T 19889) – ideal for hospitals and schools near airports. The stone layer uses irregular basalt granules (3-8mm) to disrupt sound waves, while concave-convex embossing diffuses urban ambient noise by 40%. Fireproof Class A rating (UL 790) and 100% recyclability align with LEED v4.1 credit EQc8.

Installation includes adhesive-backed seams and mass-loaded vinyl underlayment for airborne noise isolation. Our factory’s urban line offers "Midnight Black" and "Concrete Gray" colors to blend with cityscapes. Deployed in Tokyo high-rises alongside Shinkansen tracks.
