Rust-free coastal tiles use 316L stainless steel fasteners and 150g/m² Alu-Mg-Si coating (AZM200), resisting salt spray for 2,000 hours (ISO 9227) – essential for Caribbean islands and oil rigs. The cationic electro-coating (ED) layer provides cathodic protection, halting corrosion at scratches. Granules contain TiO₂ to break down salt deposits, maintaining SRI≥80 after decades.
