Weather Resistant Milano Metal Roofing Sheet Solution

Core Material & Durability
Built on a high-tensile strength aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel substrate (available in thicknesses from 0.15mm to 0.60mm), the Bond tile offers exceptional resistance to rust, corrosion, and extreme weather. The aluminum-zinc coating provides up to six times the corrosion protection of standard galvanized steel, making it ideal for coastal, humid, or industrial environments.

Holistic 7-Layer Composite System Overview

At the core of FUODE’s Bond metal roof tile lies a meticulously engineered, seven-layer composite structure that represents the pinnacle of modern roofing technology. Unlike traditional roofing materials such as clay, concrete, or asphalt shingles—which rely on a single, homogeneous material for performance—our Bond profile is constructed through a sophisticated lamination process that bonds seven distinct functional layers into a single, cohesive unit. Each layer serves a specific purpose, working in perfect synergy to deliver a roofing solution that is not only visually stunning but also exceptionally durable, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance.

High-Tensile Strength Steel Substrate

The journey of this advanced structure begins with the high-tensile strength steel substrate, which forms the backbone of the tile. Sourced from premium-grade steel coils, this core layer is cold-rolled to precise thicknesses ranging from 0.20mm to 0.60mm, depending on the project’s structural requirements. This steel base provides the tile with its fundamental rigidity and load-bearing capacity, allowing it to withstand heavy snow loads, foot traffic during maintenance, and the physical stresses of installation without bending, warping, or cracking. The high tensile strength of the steel ensures that the tile maintains its shape and integrity over decades of service, even in regions prone to extreme temperature fluctuations or seismic activity.
