Mechanical Property Optimization

Tensile testing (ASTM A370) confirms property consistency within ±10MPa. Bake-hardenable grades (e.g., HCT600X) gain 40-60MPa YS during paint curing. Critical forming parameters include:
n-value (strain hardening): 0.18-0.24 for deep drawing
r-value (anisotropy): 1.4-2.2 for earring control
Planar anisotropy (Δr): <0.4 for uniform deformation
