Corrugated Steel Sheet
The Bond profile features a timeless rectangular panel layout with precise interlocking edges, creating a clean, uniform roofline that complements both traditional and contemporary architectural styles while ensuring a secure, gap-free installation.
Made from high-strength aluminum-zinc coated steel, the Bond tile is significantly lighter than clay, concrete, or slate roofing, reducing structural load on the building while maintaining exceptional resistance to impact, corrosion, and extreme weather conditions.
一、Chemical & Pollution Resistance
Our tiles exhibit superior resistance to degradation from a wide range of environmental chemicals and airborne pollutants, making them ideal for urban, industrial, and coastal locations. This resilience is primarily attributed to the dense, inert layer of ceramic-coated natural stone granules and the high-quality, chemically stable coatings beneath. The stone granules (basalt/granite) are inherently resistant to acids, alkalis, and solvents. Their ceramic coating provides an additional barrier against chemical attack. The acrylic resin binder and topcoat paints used in premium systems are formulated for excellent chemical resistance, often based on polyurethane-modified or PVDF (Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000®) chemistries known for their inertness. This multi-layered system protects the underlying galvanized steel from corrosive agents like acid rain (common in industrial areas), sulfur dioxide emissions, salt spray (coastal environments), agricultural chemicals, and general atmospheric pollutants.
We use advanced manufacturing techniques to produce high - quality terrazzo tiles. We offer a wide range of color combinations and patterns to suit different design preferences.
