This stability is primarily due to the inherent strength and rigidity of the high-density galvanized steel core (see Keyword 22) and the robust support provided by the correctly spaced batten/purlin system (see Keyword 28). The cold-rolled steel possesses a high modulus of elasticity, meaning it strongly resists bending or deflection under load. The precision-engineered profiles, with their integral ribs and bends, further enhance the stiffness and load-spreading capability of each tile. Unlike more flexible materials that can creep or permanently deform over time under constant pressure, the steel core maintains its shape and strength indefinitely within its design limits.
