Corrugated Roofing Sheets

Corrugated Steel Sheet
Broad application
Suitable for houses, villas, apartments, resorts and small commercial buildings.
Use corrosion-resistant roofing nails or screws that are compatible with the steel base of the Shingle tile. Fasteners should be long enough to pass through the tile and securely penetrate the roof batten or decking. Avoid using ordinary iron nails or undersized fasteners, as they may reduce holding strength and increase the risk of rust over time.
Fasteners should be placed along the designated nailing zone or upper edge of the Shingle tile, following the manufacturer’s installation layout. Do not drive fasteners through the visible surface or lower interlocking area, as this may affect appearance, alignment and water drainage. Each tile should be fixed firmly but not over-driven, so the surface remains flat and the interlock fits properly.
Maintain even spacing and consistent fastener placement across the roof to avoid uneven stress or loose tiles. After installation, check that all fasteners are properly seated and that no exposed heads are left in positions that could allow water entry. For complex roof areas such as ridges, valleys and edges, additional fixing may be required according to professional installation guidance.
The Shingle profile is well suited for single-family homes, villas and townhouses that require a classic, layered roofline. Its shingle-style texture creates a warm and familiar appearance, while the stone granule surface helps the roof blend naturally with brick, wood, stucco or stone exteriors. The lightweight steel structure also makes it a practical option for residential projects where reducing roof load is important.
For existing homes undergoing roof replacement, the Shingle stone coated metal tile can be a suitable alternative to heavy clay, concrete or natural slate tiles. Its lighter weight helps reduce additional stress on the existing roof frame, and the interlocking design supports efficient installation. This makes it a practical choice for renovation projects that aim to improve appearance and durability without major structural changes.
The Shingle tile can also be applied to resorts, guesthouses, boutique hotels, cafes and other low-rise buildings where a traditional roofing style is preferred. Its refined shingle look helps create a welcoming architectural character, while the durable metal base supports long-term outdoor performance. This profile works especially well in residential-style commercial developments that value both aesthetics and maintenance efficiency.
