── Material Composition (Layered Structure) ──

Layer 1 — Stone Granule Surface: Natural crushed stone granules, colour-fast and UV-resistant, embedded in high-bond acrylic polymer adhesive. Provides aesthetic finish, impact resistance, and weather protection.

Layer 2 — Acrylic Polymer Adhesive: High-bond, thermally cured resin layer that permanently locks stone granules to the steel substrate. Waterproof and UV-stable formulation.

Layer 3 — Galvalume® Steel Core: Zinc-Aluminum alloy coated steel sheet (AZ150 / 55% Al, 43.4% Zn, 1.6% Si), continuous hot-dip process. Provides superior corrosion resistance — 2 to 4 times longer service life than conventional galvanized steel.

Layer 4 — Protective Backing Coating: Transparent anti-corrosion seal coat on the reverse side of the steel substrate for comprehensive moisture protection.
