Rust-Free Alloy Shingles

Rust-free alloy shingles combine AZ150 steel with chromate-free passivation (Cr-free) and fluoro-polymer topcoat, resisting pH 2-12 acid rain (per ASTM G85). The "Self-Healing" coating contains microcapsules releasing corrosion inhibitors when scratched, extending lifespan to 60 years in industrial zones. TiO?-enhanced granules decompose SO? pollutants, maintaining 98% granule adhesion after salt exposure.

Galvanic isolation kits include PVC-coated fasteners and butyl tape for seams. Our factory’s anti-corrosion series holds NORSOK M-501 certification for oil refineries. Projects: Chemical plants in Guangdong using "Industrial Gray" tiles.
