OEM Stone Coated Roofing Tiles — Export Factory Accepting Global Trade Orders

Anyone who has imported construction materials knows this: finding a factory that can reliably handle ODM and OEM orders is harder than finding customers. Either the MOQ is too high, or the colour comes back wrong after three rounds of sampling, or the promised delivery date keeps slipping, or the shipment arrives and the packaging still carries the factory's own branding — meaning you paid for the stock but ended up advertising someone else's name.

FUODE ROOFING has been manufacturing Galvalume stone coated roofing tiles for years, and OEM orders make up the bulk of what we do. Brand owners putting their own label on the product. Distributors specifying colours to match local market preferences. Engineering contractors customising tile profiles and steel thickness to project drawings. These are our daily work. Here is what we can actually do for you — and the questions you are probably asking yourself.

OEM Manufacturing: What Can Actually Be Customised?

A lot of factories say "customisation is available," but when it comes time to place the order, it turns out to mean picking from six standard colours and having a sticker slapped on the carton. Our definition of OEM stone coated roofing tiles does not work that way.

· Colour: You provide a RAL code or send us a physical colour swatch. Our lab formulates the stone granule blend, produces approval samples, and you confirm before anything goes to the production line. This is not "pick one from our standard palette."

· Profile and dimensions: The standard tile is 1,340 × 420 mm, with approximately 0.47 m² of effective coverage per tile. If your market prefers a different specification, and a technical assessment confirms it is feasible, we can adjust. Minimum order volumes apply.

· Steel specification: The base substrate is AZ Galvalume steel, available in thicknesses ranging from 0.12 mm to 0.60 mm. If your market is coastal, we upgrade the coating grade. If it is mountainous, we increase the steel gauge.

· Branding and packaging: You decide the carton layout. The shipping marks are printed to your instructions. The installation manual and product data sheets are issued under your company name. Your customers see your brand from start to finish.

The OEM process follows four stages: you tell us your requirements → we provide a proposal and quotation → you approve the samples → we schedule production and ship. At every stage, you have something physical in your hands. There is no "find out what you actually get when the container lands."

Export Supply: What You Are Probably Worried About

"Is the MOQ going to be too high?"

OEM customisation does come with minimum order quantities — because changing colours, adjusting profiles, and producing private label packaging all require dedicated production runs. But we keep these thresholds as low as practical. Some custom projects can start with a single 20-foot container. The exact MOQ depends on the complexity of your requirements, and we will tell you upfront what the threshold is — no guessing games. If you are not ready to commit to a custom run, start with a trial order of standard products — one small container — to verify the product quality and our service rhythm. Once you have confidence, move on to OEM.

"Is the lead time reliable? Will it slip?"

The worst part of sourcing stone coated roofing tiles for export is a delivery date that keeps moving — your downstream customers are waiting, and missing a sailing means waiting another week. Our approach: the moment the order is confirmed, you get a production schedule. Where the raw materials are. Where the order is on the line. If there is an exception — a steel coil delivery delay, a backlog from a previous order — we tell you early. We do not wait for you to chase us. Standard orders ship within 15 to 35 working days from confirmation. OEM custom orders are quoted separately based on complexity.

"How are you different from a trading company?"

A trading company buys from a factory and resells to you with a markup. They do not control the production line. They do not control quality. They do not control raw materials. When something goes wrong, they go to the factory, the factory argues with them, and they come back to argue with you. We are an export stone coated roofing tile factory. Everything from steel coil procurement to finished product packing is under our own roof. When you discuss OEM with FUODE, you are talking directly to the people who run the production line. Whether a sample can be fast-tracked, whether the colour is accurate, whether a production slot can be moved up — the person answering you is in the factory, not relaying messages through a third party.

Stone Coated Metal Roofing Tiles: Why They Sell

A few words about the product itself. Galvalume stone coated roofing tiles are growing fast in international markets, and the logic is not complicated: they combine the look of traditional tiles with the performance of steel.

The base is AZ Galvalume steel — more corrosion-resistant than standard galvanized sheet. It holds up in coastal areas and humid climates. The surface is natural basalt stone granules bonded with acrylic resin — it looks like clay tile but does not crack, does not absorb water, does not grow moss. Installed weight is around 4 kg per square metre — roughly one-eighth the weight of traditional clay tiles. That means lighter roof structures, lower shipping costs, and safer handling for workers. The design service life is 50 years — not an empty claim; the substrate and coating technology define this timeframe.

Current export markets are concentrated in Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. These regions either have demanding climate conditions for roofing — typhoons, heavy rain, extreme heat, sea breeze corrosion — or their infrastructure is scaling fast, or both. If you have distribution channels in these markets, stone coated metal roofing tiles are a product line worth paying attention to.

How to Start — It Is Not Complicated

Step one: tell us what you need. Which market, what colour preferences, estimated annual purchase volume, whether you need OEM. We will give you a tailored proposal and quotation — not a generic price list.

Step two: request samples. We ship by international courier within five working days. You check the steel thickness, the stone coating adhesion, the interlocking edge fit — with your own hands. If you want, we will take you on a live video tour of the factory — production lines, raw material inventory, QC process, all in real time.

Step three: place a trial order. Start with one small container, test the market, and reorder when the feedback is in. We will not pressure you into a large first order. Your repeat order rate says more than your first order ever could.

In the export stone coated roofing tile business, the product itself does not create an absolute gap between suppliers. What keeps customers coming back is this: delivery dates that are kept, quality that is consistent batch after batch, and someone who takes responsibility when something goes wrong. These three things are where FUODE ROOFING puts in the most work.
