· Branding and packaging: You decide the carton layout. The shipping marks are printed to your instructions. The installation manual and product data sheets are issued under your company name. Your customers see your brand from start to finish.

The OEM process follows four stages: you tell us your requirements → we provide a proposal and quotation → you approve the samples → we schedule production and ship. At every stage, you have something physical in your hands. There is no "find out what you actually get when the container lands."

OEM customisation does come with minimum order quantities — because changing colours, adjusting profiles, and producing private label packaging all require dedicated production runs. The exact MOQ depends on the complexity of your requirements, and we will tell you upfront what the threshold is — no guessing games. If you are not ready to commit to a custom run, start with a trial order of standard products — one small container — to verify the product quality and our service rhythm. Once you have confidence, move on to OEM.

"Is the lead time reliable? Will it slip?"
